Sub-Group and Task Force Meetings
No fee, but lunch and coffee breaks at participants' charge
The delegate registration fee includes:
-- Attendance at the scientific programme
-- Conference bag and documents
-- Lunch and coffee breaks
-- Welcome reception and closing dinner
ROOM RESERVATIONS
It is strongly recommended that you stay at the Shangri-La Surabaya hotel, the Conference venue.
However, there are other hotels in the vicinity of venue if you wish to book alternative accommodation.

Letter of invitation
If you need a Letter of Invitation, please make your request through the registration process.
Again, we advise you to check visa requirements well ahead of the Conference.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation & Refunds for Registration Fees
Cancellation must be made in writing and sent by e-mail to akolling@aointl.com
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the Conference.
Cancellations made:
-- Up to and including 15 September 2025 (GMT +1:00) - Full refund (less US$30 handling fee)
-- After 15 September 2025 (GMT +1:00) and no shows - No refund
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Please note that registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance. Alliance One International and CORESTA will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, sickness, delay or irregularity of any kind involving persons or property during the Conference. Alliance One International and CORESTA cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Conference proceedings arising from political, social, economic or environmental events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond its control.
