Visa Requirements

All foreign participants of the event are required to obtain an Indonesian VISA prior to entering the country.

** Update - Important Notice for all CORESTA AP2025 Participants **

Alliance One International would like to inform all participants that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has recently updated the visa application and issuance rules, and type of visa required to organize and participate in events in the country. 
The B1 Visa is now not accepted for “attending as a participant in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions activities”, even if the official Indonesian Immigration website states otherwise. 
All participants, both speakers and attendees, must now apply for the C10 visa (Invited Event participant Visa).  This Visa can only be applied for through a sponsor, a local company duly registered as such in Indonesia. 
Alliance One International, as the host of the Agro-Phyto Conference, is not registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Immigration as guarantor/sponsor, and obtaining this registration is not possible due to the type of economic activity the company carries out in the country.
To facilitate the visa application process for the event, Alliance One International has identified a specialized agency – PT. Karin Tasya Jaya Makmur, that will provide visa application services for the event (company flyer).

  • Documents required for the Visa application request:
  1. Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months)
  2. Personal bank statement for the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account)
  3. Latest color photograph JPEG/PNG Format (formal outfit with collar, red background & high resolution)
  4. Confirmation Statement letter regarding C-10 Visa (PDF / DOC)

               Visa application services fee is USD 300.

  • Please send all the required documents with the proof of payment/payment receipt to cahyonugrohotours@gmail.com so that the agency can start the visa application process.
  • Note 1: Visa application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection
  • Note 2: Visa Validity - i) The Visa must be used within 90 days calendar from the date of issue, and  ii) Please note that the visa validity period is different from the period of stay, kindly check your visa for the period of stay Information.
